All group exercises in Studio Vitaja are run by professionally trained staff with experience in various fields. You can find more information about our team HERE.
Each exercise is rated with a difficulty level from 1 to 5 (5 being the most demanding).
ATTENTION: All group exercises require application in advance – number of participants is limited.
Boot camp is a workout inspired by military training exercises. The exercises are technically different difficulty levels, but an individual can easily adapt to their abilities and skills. Basic training is composed of groups of exercises, such as push-ups, sit-ups, lifting weights and other objects, squats, running and stretching. In this type of workout we use elastic bands, kettlebells, TRX straps and similar sports equipment. Boot camp workout knows no boundaries and can be very interesting!
